The subject of the order is the execution of tasks in the design and build system called: Modernization of part A of the hotel and training building of the NIK Training Center STAGE I, divided into stages: 1) preparation of design documentation modernization of part A of the building in accordance with the scope specified in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU), hereinafter referred to as the design documentation Stage 1A;2) execution of construction and installation works for the modernization of part A of the building in accordance with the scope specified in the FFU (hereinafter referred to as construction works) on based on the developed and approved design documentation, Stage 1B; - in accordance with the Contractor's Offer and the Functional and Utility Program.
