Modernization of PACS II The subject of the public order is the supply of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for the Znojmo Hospital and its expansion with new components and the supply of the necessary HW equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will provide distribution and managed secure access to image medical documentation from anywhere on the Internet and sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist workplaces in the time needed to provide quality healthcare care. The delivery of the necessary HW infrastructure, system SW and workstation for the operation of the information system is part of the scope of performance. Furthermore, the provision of support services is also part of the subject of performance. Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, incl technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in the tender documentation annexes. Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority shall provide the relevant part of the procurement documentation to suppliers in accordance with § 36, paragraph 8 of the ZZVZ in conjunction with § 96, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ only on the basis of a request and against the presentation of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (hereinafter referred to as "NDA").
