Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the orlik at Primary School No. 78 at ul. Jaskrowa 5 in Kraków.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (bill of quantities, design documentation and technical specification of workmanship and reception work). If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a 60-month warranty for the constructed artificial grass surfaces. For the construction works, materials and devices (excluding artificial grass surfaces) The contractor is obliged to provide a minimum warranty of 36 months. The warranty period for the completed construction works, materials and devices (to be assessed in criterion 2) should be indicated in the offer form, with it must be given in months, and the extension of the warranty period must refer to 12-month periods (e.g. 48 months, 60 months - not longer than 60 months).4. If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.5.
