Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Modernization of the ORLIK pitch in Samborzec. The scope of work includes, among others: - preparatory and demolition works, - renovation of the football pitch, - renovation of the multi-purpose pitch, - renovation of the pickets of the football pitch, - replacement of lighting fixtures with energy-saving (LED) ones, - delivery and installation of an information board with dimensions of 180 x 120 cm made of composite board, Plexiglas or PVC plastic with a minimum thickness of 3 mm or made of metal with a double-curved edge, including, in accordance with principles set out on the website https://www.gov.pl/web/premier/information activities, the following information to be provided by the Ordering Party to the contractor on the day of signing the contract with him: a) the colors of the Republic of Poland and the image of the emblem of the Republic of Poland, b) information about co-financing of the task from the Fund for the Development of Physical Culturec) name of the task: Modernization of the Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 sports complex in Samborzec, d) amount of co-financing and the total value of the task, e) date of signing the contract for co-financing the task.2.
