2. Description of the subject of the order1) The subject of the order is: a) renovation of multi-purpose sports fields with polyurethane and synthetic grass surfaces located on plot no. 511/2 in the town of Lubicin in the Nowa Sl. commune.2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes, among others: execution the following works: a) disassembly and assembly of the installed basketball sets (volleyball sleeves for possible adjustment), b) disassembly and assembly of the installed posts and tennis net, c) disassembly and assembly of the installed football goals, d) dismantling and disposal of the polyurethane surface along with the ET base layer, e) demolition and disposal of the surface made of permeable synthetic grass, f) construction of a partial base including profiling and compaction, g) construction of the polyurethane surface and laying surface made of permeable synthetic grass along with the reconstruction of the lines, h) adjustment and modernization of the existing linear drainage, i) local repair of concrete edges, j) dismantling the existing polypropylene mesh, verticalizing the supports and purchasing and installation of a new net on picket traps) modernization of existing entrance gates and entrance gates l) modernization of the surface with...
