Modernization of the online broadcasting system 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the online transmission system. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order and the method of its execution is included in the draft provisions of the contract Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Template". 2. Attachments No. 1 and 4 to the Description of the Subject of the Order constitute Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ, to which the Ordering Party has granted a confidentiality clause, because the information contained therein constitutes a business secret. Ordering Party. 3. It will be possible to provide the Contractor with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ after submitting to the Ordering Party an Application for disclosure of information constituting a business secret together with the Contractor's confidentiality obligation, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - hereinafter referred to as the "Application" - signed by a person duly authorized to represent the Contractor, which the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate when submitting the Application in the manner indicated in point 4. The Application must be prepared and submitted in the form electronically and bearing a qualified electronic signature. The Ordering Party does not allow this document to be submitted in any other form, e.g. in writing. 4. Together with the Application, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a confirming document the right to represent the Contractor. If separate regulations require entry in the register or records, the appropriate document is an extract or information from the National Court Register or the Central Register...
