Tender Details

The purpose is to modernize facilities and increase capacity so that Odense Stadium meets the future requirements for hosting professional football matches. The project focuses on building on the existing stadium's constructions, qualities and identity. A central element in the modernization is the closing of the stadium's four corners with new spectator sections.

The total consultant agreement and the main contractor agreement are offered as two sub-agreements sub-agreement 1 and sub-agreement 2. The sub-agreements are offered in a competitive dialogue, as Odense Municipality has assessed that it will be necessary to have a dialogue about, respectively the contractual relationship of the total consultant and the main contractor, and about the technical terms to ensure that total consultants and contractors with the right skills can bid for the project.

The total consultant and the main contractor must enter into an integrated collaboration and commit to the collaboration in a joint cooperation agreement with Odense Municipality.

The offer is divided into two partial agreements. Sub-agreement 1 concerns the total consultant and sub-agreement 2 concerns the main contractor. The modernization is offered in the collaborative form Integrated Construction.

The general consultant and the main contractor must enter into an integrated collaboration and commit to the collaboration in a joint collaboration agreement with Odense Municipality.

This sub-agreement concerns the overall consultant.
