Tender Details

The subject of the order is the comprehensive modernization of a warehouse building located at ul. Rynek 11, 63-750 Sulmierzyce, registration plot no. 1723. The aim of the modernization is to improve the technical and operational condition of the facility, ensure appropriate conditions for storing property and equipment, and increase the safety and reliability of the infrastructure used to implement tasks in the field of population protection and logistic security. The scope of the order includes, in particular, the performance of construction, renovation, insulation, roofing, installation and finishing works, in accordance with applicable regulations, principles of technical knowledge and construction skills. As part of the implementation of the task, the following works are expected to be performed in particular: 1) Warming and insulation of foundations 2) Insulation of external walls with polystyrene boards along with façade plastering 3) renovation and replacement roof covering on metal tiles 4) installation of external window sills 5) replacement of windows and doors: 6) works on the floors and walls of the building7) electrical works (installation of plug sockets, lighting installation 8) lightning protection installation 9) monitoring and security system...
