The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task titled: "Modernization of the Nysa Mouth water barrage", implemented as part of the projects (projects) entitled: "Modernization of the damming structure on the Nysa Mouth water barrage at km 180.50 of the Odra River together with accompanying infrastructure" and "Modernization of the lock and control room at the Nysa Mouth water barrage along with the reconstruction of outer ports and accompanying facilities", co-financed by the EU under the European Funds Program for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Priority FENx.05 Support for the transport sector from the ERDF, Measure FENx.05.07 Maritime safety and inland waterways outside TEN-T. The subject of the order includes the modernization of the Nysa Mouth water stage, i.e. the damming structure together with accompanying infrastructure as well as locks and control rooms, along with the reconstruction of outer ports and accompanying facilities.
