Modernization of NIS in the form of expansion of functionalities The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the hospital information system (NIS) form expansion of functionalities. Service is part of the subject of performance. More detailed conditions of the public subject are in the technical specification supplies forming part C. hereof documentation and in the contract proposal, which forms part D of this procurement documentation. The public contract is not divided into parts. The contracting authority decided not to divide it into parts for a reason the interrelationships of the requested fulfillment with each other, when it is extension of functionalities requested hospital information system as a whole. It is therefore necessary that all components of the subject fulfillments were carried out as a whole.
