Modernization of the network traffic aggregation and copying system 1. Name of the order: Modernization of the network traffic aggregation and copying system. 2. The subject is the provision and performance of installation and implementation services by the Contractor in the Ordering Party's environment a complete solution for copying, aggregating and optimizing network traffic in passive mode, including: 2.1. purchase and delivery of Hardware, Software, Management System and detailed conditions to the Ordering Party's Location subscription/license of Software for the Equipment and Management System together with documents issued by the Manufacturer confirming the granting of a subscription/license of Software for the Equipment and Management System or the Contractor's assurance of granting subscriptions/licenses to Software for Hardware and Management System; 2.2. provision of installation and implementation services in all of the Ordering Party's Locations, along with the transfer of proprietary rights to the report on the tests and operating procedures and subsidiary rights; 2.3. ensuring the provision of Technical Support; 2.4. provision of the Service. 3.
