Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task Modernization of the Municipal Stadium in Bisztynek together with the necessary infrastructure in the design and build formula, consisting in the development of complete design documentation and its implementation based on construction works. The scope includes in particular the modernization of the athletics track, the construction of fencing for the pitch, the replacement of stands and the execution of accompanying works.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) and in the annexes to the above-mentioned PFU, which constitutes Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, as well as in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as PPU) and annexes to the PPU, which constitute Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.3. The contractor will perform the subject of the order on the basis of: PFU together with annexes, SWZ together with annexes, questions and answers provided during the public procurement procedure, as well as applicable detailed regulations and construction regulations.
