1. The subject of this order is the implementation of the task titled: p.n.: Modernization of municipal roads.2. Detailed parameters of the subject of the order were included in the Detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, design documentation. All works covered by the subject of the proceedings and the contract should be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and applicable legal regulations. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. If in the SWZ and any other tender documentation, the Ordering Party indicates parameters, trademarks, source and origin indicating a specific manufacturer, such indications constitute only technical and qualitative or functional standard and this does not mean that the described devices are the only ones that can be offered to the ordering party. The contractor may offer equivalent products. An equivalent product is one that will have at least basic parameters that characterize a given product, functional and quality features not inferior to the indicated model product...
