12.1. Main subject. The subject of the construction project is the modernization of municipal roads.12.2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex 8 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions contract - Annex No. 7 to SWZ.12.3. The requirements (duties, tasks, obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and in the supplementary scope (i.e. not regulated in this SWZ and in Annex No. 7 to SWZ).
