Tender Details

The subject of the order is the modernization of a municipal road in Ligota Ksica, approximately 175 m long and 3.00 m wide (plot no. 461), in particular: mechanical profiling with compaction of the existing stabilization, sprinkling the road surface with asphalt, execution AC 11S wearing course of asphalt with a thickness of 5 cm after compaction, drainage and construction of roadsides from aggregate, tidying up the adjacent area after the works. Requirements: 1) the Contractor will provide a warranty for the works covered by the task for a minimum period of 3 years, maximum 5 years from the date of the final works acceptance report. 2) After completing the works, the Contractor is obliged to prepare an as-built cost estimate with the measurements of the works performed and obtain its acceptance by the Ordering Party. Additional requirements: 1) must include the costs of marking and securing the works for their duration; 2) The Contractor is responsible for the protection of installations of underground facilities located above the ground, such as: valves, wells, hydrants, etc. About accidental damage to these installations The Contractor will immediately notify the Ordering Party and the interested operator of these devices and will cooperate with them as soon as possible...
