1. Description of the subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the Municipal Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie. 1.2. The investment will include, among others: a) reconstruction of the building's usable space, b) replacement of the central heating installation together with radiators, c) replacement of water and sewage installations, d) replacement of the electrical installation and lighting, e) replacement of telecommunications installations, f) mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation, g) roof insulation with replacement of the roof covering, h) wall insulation external, i) replacement of parts of external joinery, j) ramp for people with reduced mobility, k) reinforced concrete elevator shaft and elevator installation, l)replacement of floors, m) replacement of internal joinery, n) works related to land development, including: scope: construction of a square - summer reading room with construction of passages and elements of small architecture along with small retention. 1.3. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: a) Design documentation (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ), b) Technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ), d) Bills of quantities (Appendix No. 5 to SWZ), e) Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).
