Tender Details

1. The investment in question is located in the town of Kominek, plot no. 33, Miasto Kominek district, in the Kominek commune. 1.2 Existing condition. The area within which the surface replacement is planned is developed with building material, i.e. aggregate fraction 0/31.5 mm with a total thickness of approximately 30 cm. The planned works will consist in replacing the surface from aggregate to concrete cubes. After the modernization, both the function and parameters of the marketplace will remain unchanged. The method of water drainage will be carried out under the existing conditions, i.e. in part to the existing storm sewage inlets and on the remaining surface of the market square with an aggregate surface. The above elements were constructed as part of the building permit issued no. AB.6740.178.2012 of April 10 2012, including the construction of a municipal market. The actions taken are aimed at improving the safety and comfort conditions for the market users. 1.3 Description of the design solutions.
