"Modernization of MOSiR" divided into parts: 1) Part I: Development of an energy audit and program functional-utility together with an estimate of the costs of design work and construction works - thermal modernization and renovation of the building along with the creation of emergency shelters;2) Part II: Development of a functional-utility program together with an estimate of costs design and construction works - renovation of the swimming pool basin; in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards, Polish Construction Law and the obligations arising from the contract template.
