Modernization of the main roof of the Primary School in Starogard includes in particular: a) Dismantling of photovoltaic panels (for reassembly), b) Dismantling of the supporting structure for the panels, c) Dismantling of the weights of the photovoltaic panels' supporting structure, d) Dismantling existing lightning protection system (to be re-installed), e) Disassembly of existing gutters (to be re-installed), f) Removal of sheet metal flashings from the roof and cornice of the building, g) Demolition of ventilation chimneys, h) Construction of new ventilation chimneys from solid brick clinker, i) Cutting holes in the polystyrene for the rafters), Installing the rafters to the ground, k) Filling the holes with rafters with insulating foam, l) Installing the vapor barrier foil, m) Making a grid of beams for the roof formwork with an extension of the roof to the cornice, n) Roof formwork under the sheet metal, o) Laying the acoustic layer under the sheet, p) Installation of the sheet metal, q) Installation of photovoltaic panels on fasteners adapted to sheet metal, r) Installation of the lightning protection system, s) Installation of gutters, t) Replacing the missing plaster in the cornice building, u) Paint the places where the plaster has been completed twice with facade paint.
