Subject of the OrderThe subject of the request for quotation is the preparation of design documentation, dismantling of existing installations, delivery of materials and equipment, installation of new cabling and switchboards, PLC/HMI controller software, commissioning and measurements final for the pre-breaking line no. 2 at the plant in Wapienno (Barcin commune). Detailed description of the subject of the order: List of equipment in the technological line: Jaw crusher: ring motor with a power of 75 kW (starting system required). Conveyor belt (6.1): 90 kW motor. Screener (5.2): 45 kW engine. Belt conveyor (5.6): 30 kW motor. Belt conveyor (5.4): 15 kW motor. Dedusting installation: 37 kW engine. The scope of work includes the following stages: STAGE 1 - Phase preparatory, inventory and on-site visit: Mandatory on-site visit to the facility to verify the condition of the existing ring motor, cable routes and the place of installation of new switchboards. Inventory of existing cable routes, switchboards and connection points. Agreement with the Investor on detailed functional requirements, technological interlocks and the line operation algorithm. STAGE 2 - Design phase: Preparation of an electrical and instrumentation design by a person with appropriate construction design qualifications in the field of electrical installation.
