1. The procedure is carried out under the name "Modernization of Lower Cretaceous deep wells of the Dąbrowa water supply - well no. 2, Stare Górki intake". The subject of the order is the development of multi-discipline design documentation and its implementation reconstruction of the Lower Cretaceous well No. 2 Stare Górki by drilling a new replacement well No. 2bis and liquidating the existing well No. 2. 2. The subject of the order is to be divided into two tasks: Task 1 - Preparation of multi-industry documentation design and execution of construction and geological works on its basis, as well as providing author's supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the design documentation for the construction of a new replacement well No. 2 bis at the Stare Górki water intake; Task 2 - Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation and execution of construction and geological works on its basis, as well as providing author's supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the design documentation for the implementation of the liquidation of the existing well no. 2 of the Stare Górki water intake 3.
