Tender Details

Part 1 includes the modernization of cloakroom and sanitary facilities in Wikielec. The scope of works includes in particular: construction of new partition walls from aerated concrete and filling and bricking up the holes, strengthening the existing lintels in the partitions and load-bearing walls and construction of new lintels in partition walls, installation of suspended ceilings from plasterboards along with roof insulation with mineral wool (20 cm), installation of mechanical exhaust ventilation, insulation of external walls with façade polystyrene (ETICS) thickness. 12 cm incl new facade plaster, removal of existing floors and installation of new floor layers (on the ground and on the ceiling) along with underfloor heating, finishing of reinforced concrete stairs, sealing of the existing roof covering, installation of new plasters and wall cladding and underfloor heating, complete replacement of the sanitary installation with installation of an air-to-air heat pump (12 kW) of the air-to-water type (monoblock) and a 500 l hot water tank, installation of underfloor heating, expansion and reconstruction of the electrical installation, painting of walls and ceilings, replacement of sanitary fittings, new equipment in cloakrooms and sanitary rooms....
