Modernization of line D - Current high traction works This consultation concerns the adaptation and installation work of high traction current systems for line D of the Lyon metro. The scope of the market is specified in the note Summary description of the market in the annex to the consultation regulations. This contract is, within the meaning of Directive 2014/25 EU, a framework agreement. This is a so-called composite framework agreement concluded with an economic operator. It has 2 distinct parts : An ordinary market part, A framework agreement part for which the project owner uses the technique defined in 1° of article L2125-1 of the public procurement code. This part is carried out by issuing purchase orders within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to 6 and 13 to 14 of the public procurement code. The “framework agreement” part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 4, 500, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 90 months from the date of notification. The framework agreement does not include a renewal period.
