Tender Details

1. The planned project concerns the existing building of the K-4 Tarasy II housing estate boiler house at ul. 11 Listopada 45G in Siemiatycze and its scope includes: 1) Insulation of the external walls of the building with 8 cm thick Styrofoam and the foundations with Styrofoam waterproof to a depth of 60 cm below ground level. Before applying insulation, the existing plaster should be chipped, any gaps should be filled, and any cracks in the walls should be secured with clamps. 2) Execution of sheet metal flashings, gutters and downpipes made of coated sheet metal, replacement external window sills.3) Plastering and painting the external walls of the boiler room building.4) Making a band of concrete cubes.
