"Modernization of the integrated information system (IIS) existing in the State Enterprise "Port Infrastructure" (DPPI) - SAP ERP with included staff training and warranty support for a minimum of 3 years"

The subject of this order includes the following activities:

1. Delivery, instalation and maintenance of new infrastructure for the SAP system;

2. Migration to SAP S/4HANA including:

2.1. Delivery of licenses required for the migration to SAP S/4HANA;

2.2. Activities to perform the migration to SAP S/4HANA;

2.3. Warranty support of the SAP S/4HANA system;

3. Provision ofSAP Enterprise Support type maintenance of all SAP licenses for the duration of the contract;

4. Provision of services when changing business processes;

5. User training.
