1. The subject of the order is the modernization of infrastructure for the iBTM system, purchase and delivery 1.1. Disk array with manufacturer's support 1.2. 2pcs FC switches with manufacturer support 1.3. 5 pieces of servers with a VMware license package and manufacturer support 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in SWZ Part. III Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV SWZ (PPU) and annexes to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not provide for an on-site visit. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow it possibility of submitting partial offers. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of using the option right. 7. The Ordering Party does not require the funds in question to be submitted with the offer evidence. 8. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of supplementing the evidence in question pursuant to Art. 107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law. 9. The Ordering Party does not plan to hold a pre-bid meeting with the Contractors. 10. The Ordering Party allows participation subcontractors when executing the order. 10.1. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 462 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, requests the Contractor to indicate the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust subcontractors, and providing the Contractor with the names of the subcontractors' companies (if known). 10.2.
