1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Modernization including the reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land located on plot no. 41 in Stryczowice, under which the Contractor is obliged in particular to perform: a. preparatory works, b. demolition works, c. earthworks, d. road construction (bituminous surface), e. finishing works, including reconstruction of roadsides (paved with 0.5 m wide aggregate), f. drainage, g. post-construction geodetic inventory, 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in: a. Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. Part 1 including: a. design documentation (drawing part, descriptive part), b. detailed technical specification, c. bill of quantities, 3. The Ordering Party declares that all documents constituting a detailed description of the subject of the order, complement each other and, as such, together define the subject scope of the order.
