Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works as part of the task Modernization and adaptation of the buildings of the Provincial Hospital for the Neurologically and Mentally Ill in Bolesawiec (WSzDNiPCh) to the applicable norms and standards, consisting of: modernization of the hospital's water supply system and construction of a water intake along with a water preparation system for social and domestic purposes, including the preparation of complete design and construction documentation and carrying out works in the following areas: industries: electrical and instrumentation industry, technology industry, construction industry, sanitary industry.2. The task will be carried out with the financial support of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Government.3. The subject of the order will be performed on the basis of: a) the requirements contained in Functional and Utility Program, abbreviated as PFU - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZb) of the agreement, the proposed provisions of which constitute Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
