The subject of the order is the modernization of the hospital post-processing diagnostics system imaging with a comprehensive system for supporting research diagnoses in the CT/MR/MG/X-ray modalities based on diagnosis modeling using artificial intelligence algorithms along with the supply of the necessary equipment and the provision of service and warranty 2. The detailed Subject of the Order is set out in Annex No. 2 - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) to this ToR. 3. The order will be financed by the project: "Digital transformation of medical services processes using comprehensive exchange data, advanced diagnostics and protection of IT systems at Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o. o. under the KPO, Measure 1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care". 4. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the contract in question are not granted to it. 5. Subject matter of the order agreement public works will be completed within 10 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than July 13, 2026, on the terms and conditions specified...
