Modernization of the hospital information system of the Regional Hospital Trutnov a.s. The subject of the performance of this public order is the delivery, implementation and commissioning of new functionalities and the modernization of the existing hospital information system (hereinafter also "Modernization of the NIS") in the environment of the Regional Hospital Trutnov, including implementation of integration work, migration of data from replaced systems, training, delivery of necessary licenses and processing and delivery of project, technical operation and user documentation and delivery and extension of technical support and development services. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in Annex No. 6 Technical specification of the subject of performance and Contract documentation, which is part of the procurement documentation as Annex No. 3 - Contract on modernization of NIS and Annex No. 4 - Service contract. The description and current state of the existing NIS is given in Annex No. 6 Technical specification of the subject of performance. The subject of performance is also services to ensure the overall life cycle of NIS in the environment of the contracting authority in the form of technical support services and information system development. The subject of performance in the form of technical support and development services is specified in more detail in the draft Service Agreement, which is Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation. The service contract will be concluded for a period of 5 years from the start of routine operation according to the NIS Modernization Agreement.
