Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the modernization of the chapel building located in Olsztynek at Grunwaldzka Street, together with the drainage of the area, as part of an investment project called: Modernization of the historic chapel on cemetery at ul. Grunwaldzka in Olsztynek.2. All works covered by the scope of the order should be performed in accordance with the project documentation, items no. 3a, 3b and 3c of SWZ and in accordance with other guidelines included in the Specification of Conditions. Orders hereinafter referred to as: SWZ and in the Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ).3. Details regarding the subject of the order are included in the design documentation (construction and executive design) and the technical specification prepared by the Office. Projektw BPBW Sp. z o. o., ul. Gowackiego 28, 10-448 Olsztyn.4. The task is covered by the decision approving the construction design and granting construction permit No. Ok/30/2019 of June 12, 2019, along with the construction design constituting an annex to the issued decision Starosta of Olsztyski (concerning work on the building).
