1. The subject of the order is the design and build investment of: Modernization of the helicopter landing pad at the Emergency Department of the SPZOZ in Parczew. The order includes the reconstruction of the existing ground landing pad at the Independent Public Care Facility. Zdrowotna in Parczew at ul. Kocielna 136, 21-200 Parczew. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) Preparation of a comprehensive construction inventory for the preparation of design documentation; 2) Preparation of the necessary starting materials, maps, design expertise and attachments for the Ordering Party to obtain all legally required opinions and agreements on the renovated elements, the nature of which will require it; 3) development of design documentation, opinions, agreements and all documents necessary to carry out the modernization on the basis of the attached Functional and Utility Program and arrangements with the Ordering Party, as well as compliance with detailed regulations; 4) Carrying out construction, assembly and installation works in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
