Tender Details

The scope of the order includes the replacement of the existing heat source with a system based on ground heat pumps and the implementation of a mechanical ventilation installation with heat recovery, along with the reconstruction of the heat distribution system and associated works. The works include dismantling connection to the heating network, liquidation of the existing heat source and dismantling of the central heating installation along with radiators, pipelines and pumps. The scope also includes the removal of existing devices in the heat distribution room. It is a new source of heat there will be three ground heat pumps with a minimum power of 35 kW each, supported by an air heat pump with a power of min. 12 kW and a gas boiler with a capacity of 30 kW as a reserve source. The installation should include a heat buffer with a capacity of min. 1500 dm. The scope includes execution complete central heating installation with radiators, pipelines, fittings, automation and necessary electrical connections. To power the ground heat pumps, a bottom source should be drilled in the form of 23 vertical wells with a depth of 99 m each, a well collective with distributors and pipelines leading to the heat pump room.
