The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6. 2. The Contractor is obliged to return all dismantled fittings and automation of the existing hose to the Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor will return the remaining dismantling materials indicated by the Ordering Party to the workshop address, Plac Paderewskiego 1a.4. The Ordering Party allows including in the offer and then using materials and devices other than those specified in the functional and utility program of work, provided that parameters are not worse than those specified in this documentation. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires submission appropriate documents authenticating these materials and devices. 5. The work will be performed on the premises of the active Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center. Due to the above, any interruptions in the supply of utilities must be consulted in advance with the Ordering Party.
