Modernization of heat production - ENERGIE Holding - Litoměřice" The subject of the sectoral public contract is to carry out design and engineering activities in the "Design and Build" mode for the processing of project permits and for the implementation of construction in accordance with the relevant legislation; delivery a installation of components for the construction of a new energy source with biomass boilers in the premises of the existing heating plant in Litoměřice (hereinafter also "Litoměřice heating plant") including assembly and other necessary construction and installation work. Preparation is part of the subject of the Agreement project documentation of the actual implementation, trial operation, operator training, pre-commissioning review, and commissioning. The exact composition of individual elements and components for building a new energy source with biomass boilers is not specified, so suppliers are allowed to design their own composition, which, however, must meet the minimum technical requirements defined in the technical specification, which forms Appendix No. 1 of this tender documentation. The aim of the sector public the contract is to replace the last coal-burning boiler with a new technology that will enable the burning of lower-quality wood chips, which even the current modified boilers cannot burn. The basic assumption is that the new energy source will be operated in the basic load (will have operational priority over other existing sources) and will fully ensure the supply of heat to SZTE in the summer and in the winter or transitional period, the existing sources in the heating plant will serve as supplementary/peaking.
