1. The subject of the order is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation for modernization and adaptation works of an existing building in Hyne, together with the effective obtaining of a building permit. Due to the fact that the building is monument and is entered in the register of monuments under the registration number: A-1180 of August 17, 1989. Documentation must be prepared with the consent of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. The task includes submitting all applications for the necessary decisions administrative, arrangements and opinions necessary to implement the investment, along with obtaining all consents and permits to carry out the task.
