Tender Details

The subject of this public order is the processing of project documentation and the execution of related activities, incl. provision of copyright supervision services during the implementation of construction works, the purpose of which is to modernize the catering operation at the Specialist Medical Institute A phenomenon. The subject of the public contract includes the following sub-parts: a) Processing of project documentation for planning permission (documentation for building permission according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended) and in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, or also with other related legal regulations; b) Performance of related engineering-investment activities for construction management, i.e. in particular ensuring the discussion of project documentation with the relevant authorities and organizations state administration, incl. insurance or opinions for issuing a building permit, submitting an application to the building authority and processing a building decision for a building, including acquisition of legal power; c) Elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of construction according to decree no. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended and in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, or and with other related legal regulations. The project documentation of the interior will also be included; d) Cooperation in the implementation of public contracts (for the construction contractor and the supply of gastrotechnology), when part of the subject of performance will also be cooperation in the processing of answers to any requests for clarification of the tender documentation that may occur during the tender management, related to project documentation and the list of works, as well as cooperation during the meeting of the evaluation committee during the selection of the contractor.
