1) The procedure concerns the investment task titled: Modernization of the fountain at Peace Square, also called an investment task or investment in the order documents.2) The subject of the order to be performed by the contractor selected in this procedure, is the implementation of the investment task in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified by the Ordering Party, through the implementation of construction works, together with the delivery of necessary materials and equipment, and the implementation of all accompanying activities as part of investment.3) Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order (with the reservation referred to in point 4) along with the requirements of the Ordering Party, conditions of order execution, receipt and settlement, warranty and warranty conditions are specified in the documents of the subject orders attached to the SWZ: a) bills of quantities, b) designs, c) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, d) arrangements, e) template of the contract regarding this public procurement, f) template of the guarantee document.4) In the event of discrepancies in documents referred to in point 3, therefore, there are entries according to the following hierarchy: a) bills of quantities, b) construction and executive designs...
