Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Modernization of the football stadium in Narew, Stage II2. The detailed scope and method of performing the subject of the order are specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU). constituting an annex to the SWZ and documentation constituting an annex to the SWZ (OPZ), which consists of: 1) design documentation - PZT/execution designs/technical design 2) bills of quantities; 3) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB) including detailed technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as SST). ATTENTION!!! The Ordering Party excludes from the scope described in the design documentation and bill of quantities works which should not be valued: Natural grass pitch, section 3, item 3 - 12 from the bill of quantities construction industry works (in the attached bill of quantities, the items have been crossed out and marked as Stage I being implemented)3. As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform all works necessary for the proper implementation of the subject contracts, including preparatory, auxiliary and incidental works, even if not expressly specified...
