The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the investment task called Modernization of the sports pitch for football in Maej Wieś. The scope of the order includes renovation of the surface of the sports pitch for football, which will involve replacing the top layers and restoring existing levels and slopes. The task will include the replacement of existing gates as well as the delivery and installation of new ones, the location and dimensions of which will remain unchanged. In terms of reporting also replacement of fencing elements and nets. The dimensions of the pitch after the renovation remain unchanged. Primary slopes and drainage will be maintained. The contractor must offer: 1) at least a 3-year warranty period for the entire subject of the order; 2) a 5-year warranty period for the entire subject of the order. The works should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which constitute Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, respectively. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
