2.1 The subject of the order is the performance of construction works to modernize the flat roof on the office building of the Bolesawiec City Hall, consisting in renovation and including in particular: 1) securing the construction site area, 2) setting up column scaffolding, 3) vertical transport of materials (crane), 4) health and safety protection, 5) dismantling and tidying up the area, 6) cleaning and painting the steel structure, 7) cleaning and painting steel sheet, 8) replacing sheet metal flashings, 9) roof covering with liquid membranes, 10) replacement gutters, 11) local covering of metal sheets with strips, 12) replacement of the lightning protection system along with measurement, 13) organizing and securing cables and wires on the roof surface, 14) preparation of as-built documentation 2 copies 2.2 The contractor is obliged to securing the construction site during the contract implementation period and until the completion and final acceptance of the works. The Contractor will provide, install and maintain temporary safety devices, including: fencing, railings, lighting, cranes, signals and signs warning signs, guards, any other means necessary for the protection of works, the convenience of the community and others.
