Adaptation and adjustment works include in particular: 1) reconstruction of walls resulting from the medical technology project, including demolitions, 2) supplementation of floor coverings and walls, including strengthening and preparing the base, 3) making and bricking up grooves for electrical installations, filling and painting walls with washable latex paints, gluing vinyl wallpaper elements, 4) dismantling and replacing doors and frames along with possibly raising the lintels, 5) repairing gaps and damage, painting the rooms, 6) installing finishing elements such as fenders, corner covers, blinds, window sills, door stops, etc., 7) installing a visual information system in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines, 8) insulation of the flat roof with replacement of cladding and raising of gable walls and ventilation chimneys, 9) design, delivery and installation of a roof in front of the entrance, 10) replacement of energy installations, 11) installation of sabocurrent installations, 12) installation of ventilation mechanical.
