Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the facade of the building of the Social Services Center in Czeladź, located at ul. 17 Lipca 27, on plot no. 13158, Czelad district. The scope of modernization of the facade includes in particular the following works: 1) execution of works preparatory and organizational activities, including preparation, security, marking and proper development of the work area; 2) dismantling of existing polycarbonate roofs located over the four entrances to the building, 3) dismantling existing external roller shutters installed on all windows on the ground floor of the building, 4) dismantling the existing downpipes along with the necessary fastening elements, 5) dismantling, for the duration of the works, small elements of equipment and installations mounted on facade, in particular cameras, lighting fixtures and other elements interfering with the scope of work, and then re-install them, 6) cleaning and washing the entire surface of the facade from dirt, deposits, dust, atmospheric deposits and other contamination, using an appropriately selected pressure washer and technology adapted to the type and condition of the existing substrate, 7) ...
