Modernization of the F5 SSLO traffic decryption system 1. Name of the order: Modernization of the F5 SSLO traffic decryption system. 2. The subject of the order* is: 2.1. Purchase and delivery of Devices with the Software installed in them by the Contractor and granting or the Contractor ensuring that the Subscription Manufacturer grants a Software license to use the Software installed in the Devices, including the provision of detailed license (sublicense) conditions for the Software and documents confirming that the Manufacturer has granted the Subscription Ordering Party a Software license; 2.2. Performance of installation and implementation services by the Contractor, including the transfer of proprietary rights and derivative rights to the report from acceptance tests performed; 2.3. Preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation by the Contractor, as well as transfer of proprietary rights and derivative rights to the Post-Implementation Documentation; 2.4.Ensuring the provision of Technical Support Manufacturer; 2.5.Provision of Contractor Service Support; 2.6. The Contractor grants a Warranty for the Devices, including the delivered Software. 3.
