Part 1 - Modernization of external lighting in the Turek Commune
Part 2 - Modernization of external lighting in the Mikstat Commune
Part 3 - Modernization of external lighting in the City of Turek.
1. The subject of the order is the modernization of street lighting in the municipalities Turek, Mikstat and the Turek Municipality divided into 3 parts.
The total scope of all works includes the replacement and installation of luminaires equipped with a remote management system with a 10-year subscription for 1, 404 sets.
2. The detailed scope of modernization is included in the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), which consists of:
−assembly lists (Appendix No. 1 to OPZ),
−location maps with legend (Appendix No. 2 and 2A to OPZ),
−photometric calculations (Appendix No. 3 to OPZ)
−bills of quantities (Appendix No. 4 to OPZ)
The above studies constituting the description of the subject of the order constitute annexes to the SWZ. All obligations of the Contractor are included in the draft contract in accordance with the content of Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
NOTE:
1) Due to the adopted lump-sum nature of the remuneration, the Ordering Party provides the "Bills of quantities" only as an aid. regarding the subject of the contract - however, they do not constitute a description of the subject of the contract. The valuation of the works should also be based on other documents.
2) If questions are received at the offer preparation stage, the answers provided by the Ordering Party are binding - they commit Contractor...
