R-18" Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to an internal procedure the Ordering Party. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit your offer with attachments submitted in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. The Company's purchasing platform is used as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Bidder. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information, the Ordering Party and the Bidder provide via the Company's purchasing platform. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). 2 copies of the agreement signed in person should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address.
