Modernization of the exhaust and supply ventilation of the MARIA Reactor
1. The subject of the proceedings is: Modernization of the exhaust and supply ventilation of the MARIA Reactor.
2. The execution of the Subject of the order is divided into the following stages:
1) Stage I:
a) Carrying out an on-site visit to the facility and carrying out inventory of the existing exhaust and supply ventilation system in the scope covered by modernization.
b) Development of the Executive Technical Design for the installation of new devices, taking into account integration with existing installations in the facility, meeting the requirements of this OPZ, for acceptance by the team of the Department of Operation of Nuclear Facilities (hereinafter referred to as: DEJ).
c) Development of a schedule taking into account: delivery of devices, installation, integration and SAT tests (Site Acceptance Tests).
2) Stage II:
a) Support for the Ordering Party in obtaining consent from the President of the National Atomic Energy Agency (hereinafter referred to as: PAA President), for modernization according to the Detailed Technical Design.
3) Stage III (completion deadline up to 8 weeks during a dedicated renovation break in 2027) in accordance with the schedule of technical breaks in reactor operation:
a) Delivery of equipment preceded by installation FAT acceptance tests at the contractor's premises, aimed at checking the damper fan with the order and the Executive Technical Design previously approved by the Ordering Party.
