The subject of the order is the modernization of the entrance hall, including the replacement of doors and the adaptation of the area to the needs of the Patient Zone.
The purpose of the planned works is to improve the functionality, aesthetics and safety of space use, taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility and compliance with applicable technical, construction and fire safety regulations.
The scope of the order includes in particular:
1) Reconstruction of the functional system hall, including the liquidation of the existing buffet. In place of the current catering point, it is planned to build a self-service cloakroom for customers and visitors to the hospital.
2) Adaptation of the part separated behind the existing fence into a modern reception, serving as information and patient service point.
3) Adapting the space to the needs of people with disabilities by installing a lift for people with mobility disabilities at the internal stairs leading to further parts of the facility.
4) Modernization of the main entrance, including the construction of new ones sliding doors with the so-called air catcher, ensuring thermal comfort and reducing energy losses.
5) Carrying out construction and installation works necessary to meet the requirements of the fire safety assessment, including the installation of appropriate doors with the required fire resistance, and not...
