1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the investment task titled: Modernization of the electrical installation in DPS Anielin, execution of electrical and telecommunications installations.2. Detailed scope and method of making the item the contract includes works specified in the Design Documentation A. No. 10, including: a) dismantling works; b) installation of lighting, socket and heating installations; c) installation of switchboards; d) installation of fire protection switches; e) electrical measurements.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation. No. 10 to the SWZ, which includes: 1) Renovation project of the Social Welfare Home, electrical installations; 2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works for the replacement of the installation electrical installations in the building of the Social Welfare Home in Karczew;3) Bill of quantities. Note: The attached bill of quantities should be treated solely as auxiliary materials for determining the lump sum price of the order.
