Modernization of the Egeria 6.0 system. owned by the Ordering Party The subject of the order is the modernization of the Egeria 6.0 system. owned by the Ordering Party. Basic order: Modernization of the Egeria 6.0 system currently used by the Ordering Party covering the following areas: 1) Database update and technological modernization of the interface; 2) Delivery of the Employee Portal compatible with the modules of the modernized system; 3)Additional development services. Order within the law options: The Ordering Party reserves the right to use pursuant to Art. 441 of the Option Law Act. The contract under the option law covers the provision of services including consulting, development, implementation, programming and analytical services in the scope minimum 10 hours and maximum 2000 hours. With respect to programming services - their provision involves the obligation to grant a license to the Ordering Party. In particular: •Analytical services, including instructions for the Ordering Party's employees presenting the system's capabilities; •Changes to the system resulting from the individual needs of the Ordering Party, which can be introduced through system configuration; •Changes to the system resulting from the individual needs of the Ordering Party, which require expansion of the system with new functionalities.
